I had a 3 Month Review & Feedback thing today which went really well. Positive feedback all across the board. I knew I wasn't doing too badly considering I was put into my current project late in the cycle (ie. just as it was about to go out the door). The others had the benefit of a year's experience with it and seeing things from the very beginning. I was feeling like the retard of the bunch.
One of the things from the Dev Lead was that I picked up on this little thing from his comments in the issue tracking database - it was a little thing he did that basically TELLS ALL. I took that and flew with it. I closed a whack-load of the client's issues by proving they were non-issues.
