I used to always come in early and go home late. Well, I wasn’t so early in my last job anymore, but I usually still stayed late. Anyway, I never took days off or even went on vacations. In fact I had weeks upon weeks of vacation and sick time saved. All that loyalty, productivity and effort wasn’t even considered when they laid off the department. I think my attitude towards work is going to be much different going forward. I’ll always be committed to doing the best job I can. However, my days as a company man are over. I’ll never believe or trust in a company like I did before. I realize you have a car-pool situation. However, I would say do what you can and then get on with life. But I’m just bitter. J

Tonights the PMI meeting. I’ll be bringing some of those spiffy new resumes with me too (just in case). I’ll let you know how it goes!

I was just curious as to how you added those to your journal. I have never seen that before and I think it would be cool to use the weather one!
