I know exactly what you mean. Quick example. I went on vacation to Europe a year ago with my friends. We divvied up the work accordingly. Although they had some good ideas on what they wanted to do, they did jack all when it actually came to the execution.

I'm never going on a trip with those lazy asses again. It's so incredibly frustrating when dealing with people who don't do what they say they're gonna do.

If I didn't stay up pulling several all-nighters to do their work for them, the trip would have been a horrendous disaster.
