Aside: must all journalists write like complete dweebs?!
Personally, I would like to see Harry Robinson (Richard Harris' Dumbledore body double). I like the fact that the principals in the Harry Potter movies are NOT huge blockbuster celebrities, but are actually good actors (Maggie Smith, Alan Rickman, etc.).
I don't want to see Professor X, not King Arthur, not Gandalf, not Saruman, not Alfred, not Ebenezer Scrooge. I love Patrick Stewart and Sean Connery to death, but they're not Dumbledore. I think Ian McKellan and Christopher Lee should be taken out of the running just on principle. Michael Gough and Michael Caine are just plain wrong.
