I had a really good workout Sunday. It is getting easier. I do have to do more to get the "same" workout. I had to jog for 5 minutes yesterday because I wasn't feeling much. I imagine by this time next year, I just might be jogging for the whole 30 minutes.
I'm also not as averse to sweating as I used to be. I get pretty disgusting and I must stink something nuclear. But it doesn't matter because everyone else is stinking radioactive too, haven't shaved their legs in ages either, concentrating too hard on their own workout to care.
