Interview Question 6

How do you handle stress?

I write. Writing it all out helps me see it all laid out in front of me. I write out what's eating me and how I'm responding to it emotionally. Then I can start figuring out A) what I want to happen, in a perfect world; B) what I think is most likely going to happen; C) what would happen in the worst case scenario. Then, I can try to see if there's anything I can do to tip the scales in favour of my perfect world scenario. Or if the worst case is likely to happen, how I would go about accepting it and do some damage control.
